sven is a service operated by Swedish Embedded AB. These details are published here so they are permanently and directly accessible, rather than buried in the terms.
sven is not a payment institution and does not hold customer money. Payments are taken, and refunds made, by our payment provider, which is authorised in its own right. Credit you buy is a prepaid balance you spend with sven, not a claim on funds we hold for you.
