Cancel a purchase

What you can cancel

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from a purchase to change your mind about it. You do not have to give a reason.

We refund the part of your balance you have not used, in full, to the payment method you paid with. There is no deduction and no fee.

The part you have already used is not refunded: when you bought, you asked us to start supplying compute straight away and acknowledged that this gives up the cancellation right for whatever gets used. That applies only to the used part -- everything you have not used stays refundable, always, and not only within the 14 days.

How to do it

Fill in the form below. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need to use this form at all -- any clear statement that you want to cancel works, including a plain email to us.

If you would rather write: info@swedishembedded.com. Tell us which purchase you mean and that you want to cancel it.

We confirm receipt without delay, and refund within 14 days of being told.

If you are signed in

If you are an administrator of your account, your billing page shows what you have bought and how much of it you have used, and gives the unused credit back to your card at once, tax included. You do not need to use this page then.
